The initial question I ask anyone upon meeting them for the first time, whether it be a new patient or someone I am looking to work with on a future project is quite simple: Who are you? What makes you…you? Therefore, I think it is only fair that I give you some insight on who Pam Stilwell-Boon really is and how The MBS Connection came to fruition.
Professionally, I am currently an Osteopath and Registered Massage Therapist in my own clinic located in Shediac, New Brunswick. I have an honours degree in Psychology and Kinesiology from Université de Moncton as well as a Masters in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University. I also graduated from the Registered Massage Therapy program from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy and obtained my doctorate in Osteopathy from Canadian College of Osteopathy.

OUR services
Our program aims at combining the three pillars to what we believe is the foundation
to a healthy life. We want to help you find balance in Mind, Body and Spirit,
and offer you various services to achieve this life-changing goal.
Live Workouts
Each Friday, a one-hour workout will be showcased and you will receive your fitness challenge for the week.
Weigh-ins
Every Friday, you have the option to either add in your weight in your personal dashboard or come in, in person and get weighed in by a professional.
Recipes
Once a week you will receive 1-3 recipes for either breakfast, lunch or dinner as well as healthy snack ideas.
Seminars and Workshops
On Friday afternoons, an informative presentation will be posted on the site which will consist of either an interview with a guess speaker or myself.
Support
We all have challenging days, so to know we have a family that is always there to help us get through it, makes life just a little bit easier.
